  2. From on January 2, I tried not to watch TV for 30 days.I know it will be hard but I believe that at me all will turn out.Due to the fact that I stopped to watch TV I began to spend more time with close,study and work in fitness club.

  4. From 27 of Desember, I started to make a picture a day to remember what i do. And what you thin? It's work! Of сourse, I haven't got picture of all days. But it's realy interesting and I recomend to try it!)

  5. From the 14th of January, I started clean my teeth two times a day. It's hard for me 'cause I often forget do it. But I think it can make my teeth more healthy.

  8. At january 2 I said that T will eat an apple a day.But it is very hard. decause sometimes I do not remember about an apple.and sometimes there are no apples at home.

  12. I Did dody exercise two weeks.I like result.In two weeks i grew thin for 2kg.I have breakfast better after body exercise.I will continue to do body exercise further.
